Are Yves Rocher products 100% vegan?
The vast majority of our products are vegan. We do not use any animal ingredients in our formulas, with the exception of beeswax in a few specific products. We are committed to botanical beauty and never test on animals.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $40. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
